ASM600 Linux Font Issue

One of our clients reported that our asm600 Linux would not start under Linux Mandriva.

[hagai@asmsc37 examples]$ pwd
/home/cad/asm600/examples
[hagai@asmsc37 examples]$ ../bin/asm600 -fn 12x24
Cannot load X-Window font 'courR18': Permission denied

We found out that many fonts were missing from the installation.

To resolve the problem, the user loaded the fonts and installed it on his Linux workstation.

A quick Google search for mandriva xlsfonts allowed us to locate the fonts for most Linux OS. You can load the ones for your specific OS by clicking on the hotlink Linux xlsfonts download page.
