Version 1.12 June 19, 1999This version has been signficantly rewritten in order to more automate the documentation process.Instead of a different master drawing for each SBGA package size, a single master drawing is used. The DocGen program now sizes the required outlines and automatically dimensions them. It repositions the leaders to properly touch the correct items. Layer naming conventions have been changed for the DXF file input. Instead of cryptic abbreviations the DXF file will use descriptive layer names.
Version 1.11 June 6, 1999This is the first official release of DocGen for the SBGA part type.
